Baked Salmon

Flaky and perfectly cooked salmon to serve with a dill sauce.

Ingredients
For the salmon marinade

fillets of salmon

fresh dill

fresh lemon juice

EVOO

garlic cloves grated
Salt & pepper
For the dressing

sour cream

lemon juice

garlic powder

Dijon mustard
Zest of a lemon

Salt to taste
For the grazing board, use any vegetables/condiments of your choice.
Roasted sweet potatoes
Snow peas blanched. First blanch in hot water and then in ice cold water.
Oven roasted cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and bake at 450F

Red Onions
thinly sliced
Roasted garlic. Cut cross wise
drizzle with oil, and bake at 450F for 40 mins
Boiled eggs

Cucumbers

Instructions
Mix all the ingredients and apply to the salmon and bake in a preheated oven at 425F for 12-15 minutes till light and flaky.
Take all the ingredients of the dressing and mix together. This can be served in a bowl or topped on the salmon once you are ready to serve.
Prepare your grazing board and lay out to serve.
